1. Payment at the store

On receipt of your products, you have the option to pay the outstanding amount by cash and bank card (POS).

3. Credit/Debit Card

Regardless of the card you have, you will be redirected to the secure environment of Eurobank Ergasias Bank to complete the transaction. Card details are NOT registered in the e-shop systems. When the customer completes his order in the e-shop and selects as a payment method «Card», he is transferred to the Bank's system to enter his card details:

• On the payment page, the amount of the transaction and the unique merchant reference number are pre-filled and the cardholder is asked to enter his card details and give an order for payment.
• The payment is processed through the Bank's system with absolute security.
• Business and customer are informed immediately (online) about the result of the transaction.

4. Replacement

On receipt of the products you have ordered, you pay the outstanding amount to the courier who brought you the order, so simple and safe. In case you prefer to pay by cash on delivery, please contact us for your convenience and to confirm the charges. Also, we send you in most of the cases a clarification email which please read and reply to us for quick and correct service.

5. Paypal

You can pay for your orders securely, easily and quickly through Paypal. In order to secure the transactions in case of shipping your order the shipping address should be the same as the address you have in your PayPal account and in case of pickup from our headquarters, the demonstration of your identity card or passport is required.
