1. Age limit
The online store destraleshop.gr sells products only to persons over the age of 18 and reserves the right to refuse the sale in any other case.

The destraleshop.gr is an online store and, therefore, is accessible to its visitors/customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, telephone or electronic communication with the store is possible within the hours of 9:00 - 15:00 ,weekdays and Saturdays except public holidays.
3. Description of services
The destraleshop.gr provides full service for the acquisition of its products. These services include purchase via internet, mail, fax, phone, confirmation of your purchase, choice of payment terms, proper packaging, shipping to your place safely and receipt or invoice shipping label.
4. Order
The amount listed on the site includes VAT 24% but does not include shipping costs. The prices are listed on the relevant page of the site, where the user chooses the way he/she wishes the shipment/payment to be made, or you can see them in detail on the receipt received with your purchase. destraleshop.gr is not responsible for anything that occurs beyond what can be controlled, i.e. it is not responsible for loss, late orders or interruption of telephone, power, program software or other systems. However, it remains available to its customer users to smooth out any problems.
5. Confirmation of order
From destraleshop.gr you will receive a notification confirming your order within 24 hours of its online entry and only then, the order becomes binding. We encourage you to print this page and keep it as proof until you receive the legal receipt of the product. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail, fax and/or sms. On the receipt that will accompany your product upon receipt, you will find the full purchase amount, including all costs and taxes that may be mandatory. If you wish, there is the possibility of issuing an invoice instead of a simple receipt, but you must have been informed beforehand.
6. Packaging
The destraleshop.gr is responsible for ensuring the correct packaging of your products, each according to its own particularities. The packaging includes security packaging, both internally and externally, for better protection. If, however, a product is detected upon receipt that is incomplete, it will be replaced at our expense, after immediate telephone notification by the customer. The destraleshop.gr reserves the right to inspect the product in order to decide on its condition and whether the customer is responsible or not.
7. Delivery
The delivery of the products is carried out, except in cases of cash on delivery, after destraleshop.gr has received the full amount of the order. The delivery is made immediately from the date of confirmation of the order. Detailed information is hosted in the section «Shipments & Returns» of the site (bottom). The delivery period does not include delays due to strikes or other unforeseen circumstances (see weather conditions, etc.).

Moreover, it makes every effort to ensure that each item is delivered to the customer in perfect condition. In case of any defect in the product or its packaging, the customer is requested to contact destraleshop.gr within fourteen (14) working days, in order to initiate either the replacement of the product or the refund with credit to a bank account or credit card (not cash).

By providing the above information you can easily make your online purchases without having to fill out the order form every time. 17. Shipping/debit details
